Producer and owner of Happy Maybelle Productions, Jennah Groenewold, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania began her career making
highlight films for small companies. She graduated from DeSales University with a B.A in TV/Film. In 2014 she was editor on a “Yo Fresh” frozen yogurt commercial, directed and produced multiple ‘dance on camera’ films’. Her film “Where Have All the Children Gone?” received a Laurel which was presented at DeSales Film Festival in 2014.
Her love for visual art and storytelling drew her into filmmaking. In 2015, Jennah was associate producer alongside Bethlehem native director, producer and Hollywood actor, Daniel Roebuck in his love letter to the Lehigh Valley, and award winning movie “Getting Grace” which was out for theatrical release and in stores nationwide in 2018. Jennah now works along side Daniel Roebuck producing his films in the Lehigh Valley. Her upcoming films include "Lucky Louie" & " The Hail Mary" both to make their debut in 2020 & 2021.
Through her connection to Hollywood, in 2018 she worked as production assistant with New York, producer Sam Borowski on an upcoming short film “In this Moment”; starring Roebuck. Soon after she was associated with Clark Media and worked the Emmy’s, Golden Globes, Rose Parade, Busy Tonight, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Netflix , The Kitchen, Hulu, Hyperdrive, Holey Moley, New York Fashion Week (Calvin Klein), Imagine Dragons, Lauren Daigle, Super Bowl 53 (Adam Levine), MERCK events, American Express events, and many more.
Jennah has worked with numerous dance choreographers from the hit TV show "So You Think You Can Dance", "Glee", and Lady GaGa's Laurieann Gibson who choreographed with Michael Jackson, Beyonce and Alicia Keys. She has worked behind the scenes with the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes, Jennah has also appeared on TRL with Zach Braff and Rhianna in the early 2000's. Jennah spent some time studying at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, where she then was introduced to Company Dance.
Jennah has been invited to the VMA's in 2010, Sex and the City Premiere, The Grammy's and the Oscars on multiple occasions. She has previously attended the NAB Show in New York where Wendy Williams accepted her Impact Award.
